We bought our house and had gotten to point where we didn't think we would have our pool running this summer. Tallulah guys came out, got everything running and treated our pool and was ready to swim in less than 2 weeks. They are incredibly knowledgeable about pools and all the new info. Can't imagine using anyone else!!!

Called in to inquire about above ground pool and asked the lady what the cost was. She gave me the cost but as a preceded to ask more questions she cut me off mid sentence to ask me if I needed her to call me back because in her words she kinda had a line in there. I understand you’re busy but there is a proper way to handle this. I was actually going to buy a pool but now I’m calling Aloha pools tomorrow.

Unless you have an in-ground pool, this is not the place for you. The lady up front was mid-conversation with someone else so I start looking around. I guess I look too long or wander too far in to a corner where she can’t see me and stops her conversation and rudely how’s if I need something so I rudely say back that I had a question but that I was waiting for her to finish her conversation. I show her the part and it’s clear that it’s for an above ground pool (Aloha Pools is great to work with for this, btw) and she rudely says “I don’t even know what that is or where to find it”. So, don’t shop here unless you’re one of her rich friends.

Tim is replacing my pool liner and did a fantastic job. He was worth the wait. You get what you pay for and I couldn’t be more pleased. Marla is so personable and always wants to please her customers. I know this isn’t a easy time of the year because we all want our pools open and there aren’t enough hours in the day to get to everybody but they are the best. I do appreciate you and Thank You for all your hard work !!!!!
